FBLB Ops kiosk

Standalone kiosk for baggage handlers to record first-bag and last-bag delivery times per carousel, with a step-order that cannot be skipped.

Problem

First-bag and last-bag times were recorded by hand, with no enforced order against the flight's ground events.

Owner of the FBLB Ops app and library.

Marks must follow arrival → chocks-on → first bag → last bag; locked flights disable the buttons.
Stopwatch shows delivery time. Polls GraphQL every 60 seconds.
Hardened Docker image: non-root user, dumb-init, standalone output.
